Annex 1: Information Text on the Protection of the Personal Data

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) numbered 6698, which entered into force on April 7, 2016, if you share your personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, we act as Data Supervisor, within the framework of which personal information is disclosed in the law; obtain, save, preserve, update, reorganize in order to continue its services, disclose to third parties where and to the extent permitted by the legislation, transfer, share and process in other ways specified by law.

The purposes and legal reasons for processing your personal data; To be able to offer our services within the scope of the law and other legislation and to continue uninterruptedly and to maintain the relations between us; recording the identity, address and other necessary information of the transaction owner; to arrange all the records and documents that will be the basis for processing in electronic or paper environment; to comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by local and international legislations, official institutions and organizations and other authorities.

Your personal data is stored in our database. Your personal data is shared with third parties, institutions and organizations to the extent necessary in line with our services and field of activity. We may transfer personal data to the relevant persons and organizations, to the institutions that receive services and work with in order to carry out our activities in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes and the provisions of the legislation.

Without prejudice to the conditions stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK titled ‘’Exceptions’’, your rights within the framework of the Article 11 of the Law; By applying to our company; a) learning whether your personal data is being processed, b) requesting information if your personal data has been processed, c) learning the purpose of processing and whether your personal data are used in accordance with its purpose, d)knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, e) your personal data correction request if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, f) requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) requesting the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred to be notified of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f), h) you have the right to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively with automated systems; and i) to demand compensation in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

It is possible to use your rights as of 07.10.2016, which is the effective date of the regulation, and we reserve the right to demand the expenses to be made by us to fulfill your requests according to the tariff specified in the article 13 of the KVKK, which titled as ‘’Application to the data controller’’.

I agree that my personal data and all kinds of information and documents I have provided to you are transferred and saved to AYOR BUSINESS DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INDUSTRIAL LIMITED COMPANY database in order to benefit from your services or for any other reason and that this data is combined with my previously recorded data. In addition, I allow the comprehensive use of my data by AYOR BUSINESS DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INDUSTRIAL LIMITED COMPANY in order to carry out the services and activities, to be asked questions and especially the sending of information to my address and contact information by the companies owned by AYOR BUSINESS DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INDUSTRIEL LIMITED COMPANY. I consent to the information provided to be sent by mail, fax, e-mail, and/or SMS. I allow the data to be shared with third parties at home and abroad in accordance with the services and activities of AYOR BUSINESS DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE INDUSTRIEL LIMITED COMPANY.
